A healthy chaat recipe of charred broccoli tossed in with lentil, beans, potatoes and methi sprouts, sprinkled with a delicious mix of dressing.

Ingredients:

Broccoli 1/2 cup
Boiled potato 1/4 cup
Cooked masoor dal 1/4 cup
Cooked rajma 1/4 cup
Onion 1/4 cup
Bean sprouts 1/4 cup
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Papaya 6 cubes
Honey 1 tsp
Tabasco sauce 1/2 tsp
Balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
