Ahead of the Budget 2020-2021 presentation by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, farmers in Punjab hope the allocations for the Agriculture sector this year would meet their two major expectations: hike in Minimum Support Price (MSP) for rice and wheat, and subsidise input costs.
