Violent clashes were seen in the national capital on Republic Day as protesting farmers broke through police barricades and stormed parts of New Delhi. The police resoted to tear gas, lathi charge. A protester died on the way, the police said it was an accident. Over 80 police personnel were injured. Farmer union leaders have distanced themselves from the violence as many tractor-protestors pulled back to the border. What happens next to the protests?
