The Israeli army late on Thursday informed the United Nations "that the entire population of Gaza should relocate tothe south within the next 24 hours," UN Spokesman Stephane Dujarric said in a statement late Thursday. 1.1 million civilians in the north of Gaza were warned to move to the south of the region.
